Hi, my name is Lyle Tribe. For the past 8 years I have been doing percussion workshops for Community Living Societies in B.C. and Alberta and I have found that many people with disabilities have an uncanny sense of rhythm, especially when placed in a group rhythm situations. From playing a cowbell or tamborine to even more intricate coordination patterns on drums with sticks or hands, I realized more and more how music and rhythm connects us. Music truely is the Universal Language. If you would like more information on the Rhythm 101 Percussion Program, please feel free to contact me at lyle.tribe @yahoo.com
