I assist people everyday with barriers to employment and everyday the prove to me how employable and determined they are. Their zealouness and comminttment to theircommunity is humbling and I hope every employer has the opportunity to hire someone that may have challenges in their life or may experience some barrier. To employ someone with a barrier not only creates a diverse work force but utilizes skills and abilities that may go unnoticed.
